Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

RavenXP currently delivers within Lagos State only. We cover three delivery zones, Mainland, Island, and Outskirts. Customers outside Lagos are welcome to place orders, but must arrange their own pickup or provide a Lagos delivery address. We plan to expand nationwide in the future.

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your zone at the time of ordering:

• Mainland — ₦2,500

• Island — ₦3,500

• Outskirts — ₦4,500

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

 

Production & Delivery Timeline

Your outfit goes into production after payment is confirmed and measurements are received. Standard production time is 10 days. If you selected light embroidery, production takes 14 days due to the additional detailing involved. In some cases, your outfit may be completed ahead of schedule. We will notify you via WhatsApp as soon as it is ready.

 

Dispatch & Courier

All orders are dispatched via a trusted courier service. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with an estimated delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during delivery, RavenXP takes full responsibility. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on +2348123764959 and we will work to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or redelivery at no additional cost to you.

 

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production has commenced.
