What if my outfit doesn't fit properly?

If your outfit doesn't fit as expected due to a measurement or tailoring error on our end, we will alter or remake it at no extra cost to you if communicated to us within a week of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds, but we stand behind getting the fit right

What if I'm not confident taking my own measurements?

Accepted Answer

That's completely normal. You have two other options: send us a well-fitted cloth you already own for us to use as a guide, or book a tailor visit (Lagos only) where one of our tailors come to measure you directly. We also have a measurement guide video to walk you through Option A step by step.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is 10 days from when your order and payment  is confirmed. If you add embroidery, this extends to 14 days due to the extra detailing work involved.

Can I change my order after submitting it?

Accepted Answer

Once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed, changes may not always be possible if tailoring has already started. Reach out to us as soon as possible on WhatsApp if you need to make a change and we'll do our best to accommodate it before production begins.

What payment method do you accept?

Payment is made via bank transfer to our UBA Bank account, under Raven Exports Limited. Full payment details are provided at checkout.

How do I know my order is being worked on?

You'll receive WhatsApp or email updates at every stage of your order from payment confirmation, to fabric sourcing, to tailoring, to delivery so you're never left wondering what's happening.

What's the difference between the tailors?

Each tailor has a different specialty and price point:
• Michael — N15,000 — Senator & Kaftan Expert
• Kingsley — N18,000 — Senator & Kaftan Expert
• Dayo — N25,000 — Luxury Bespoke & Fashion Designer
You can choose based on your budget and the level of finishing you want

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Our current delivery zones are Mainland, Island, and Outskirts within Lagos. If you're outside these zones, please reach out to us on WhatsApp to confirm if delivery is possible to your location

What if I want a style that's not in your gallery?

Accepted Answer

You're welcome to send us a reference photo of a style you like via WhatsApp once you reach the order confirmation step, and our tailors will recreate it as closely as possible within our fabric and craftsmanship options.

Yes. RavenXp operates under Raven Exports Limited, a registered business in Nigeria.
