Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

​

By placing an order with RavenXP, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.

​

 

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with RavenXP. By submitting an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

​

 

3. Order Confirmation

​

An order is considered confirmed and binding only when full payment has been received and verified by RavenXP. Submitting the order form without completing payment does not constitute a confirmed order.

​

 

4. Pricing

​

All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include fabric cost, tailor fee, and delivery fee. Embroidery is an optional add-on charged at ₦12,000. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

​

 

5. Measurements & Fit

​

RavenXP offers three measurement options to accommodate customers at every confidence level. Self-measurement, sending a fitted cloth, or booking a tailor visit. If a customer chooses to provide their own measurements and the outfit does not fit as expected, RavenXP is not liable for the fit. We strongly encourage customers who are unsure of their measurements to use the fitted cloth or tailor visit options. RavenXP will however make reasonable alterations at no extra cost where the error is clearly on our end.

6. Alterations & Remakes

​

If your outfit does not fit due to an error made by RavenXP or our tailors, we will alter or remake it at no extra cost to you. All fit complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for free alteration or remake. RavenXP does not offer cash refunds.

​

 

7. Order Cancellation

​

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already commenced. Once tailoring has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

​

 

8. Refund Policy

​

RavenXP does not offer cash refunds except in cases where an order is cancelled within the 24-hour window stated above, or where RavenXP is unable to fulfil the order. In all other cases, resolution will be in the form of alteration, remake, or store credit at RavenXP's discretion.

9. Delivery

​

RavenXP is responsible for ensuring your order reaches you safely. In the event of loss or damage during delivery, RavenXP will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement or redelivery. Customers must notify RavenXP of any delivery issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

​

 

10. Intellectual Property

​

All content on RavenXP's website and order form including images, text, branding, and design is the property of Raven Exports Limited. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

​

 

11. Privacy

​

RavenXP collects personal information including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and body measurements solely for the purpose of processing your order. This information is never sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required to fulfil your order, including our tailors and delivery courier.

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from orders placed with RavenXP shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
